Children Policy:

Certain room types or rate plans may or may not allow children. If allowed, children aged 12 and below can stay for free on existing bedding. Maximum number of children allowed to stay for free depends on the room type and rate plan booked.


Additional Person Policy:

Guest aged 12 and above are required to have additional bedding at RM50 per night if exceeded the maximum number of adults allowed in the room type or rate plan.


Prepayment:

Reservation with prepayment will not be subject to modification or cancellation. The prepayment collected will not be reimbursed.


Modification:

Modification is not allowed for 'Non-refundable' rate plan and prepaid reservation. Total reservation cost will be charged.


Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before arrival, 100% of first night will be charged
  • Cancellation for non-refundable or prepaid reservation, 100% of total stays will be charged

No-Show:

  • 100% of the first night will be charged for no-show
  • For non-refundable or prepaid reservation, 100% of total stays will be charged

Baby Cot:

Not Available.


Extra Bed:

Additional bed is available upon request at RM50 per night. Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room.


Pets Policy:

Pets are strictly not allowed in the hotel. A cleaning fee will be imposed for violation.


Tropical Fruits Policy:

Durian and mangosteen fruit are not allowed in the hotel. A cleaning fee will be imposed for violation.


Henna & Dyes:

Henna and dye stains are irremovable. Any items damaged due to it will be chargeable.

To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present the clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.
